The instant case involves Stevie Christine Wilson Boyd’s petition to this court for a writ of prohibition or, in the alternative, a writ of certiorari against the Circuit Court of Sharp County, the Honorable Phillip Smith presiding. Boyd asks our court to grant her petition in order to prevent the circuit court from going forward with contempt proceedings arising out of her refusal to comply with a court order that granted Mildred Taylor visitation rights with Boyd’s daughter, M.T.
