I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Children’s Hospital Corp. alleges that Defendants Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Inc., Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon, and Kinder-care Learning Centers, Inc. made multiple misrepresentations of coverage for treatment provided to a prematurely born infant with serious medical problems at a cost of more than $1.08 million.
