Pursuant to SCR 3.370(7),1 the Office of Bar Counsel of the Kentucky Bar Association (Bar Counsel) seeks review of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendations of the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar. Association (Board) entered June 5, 2012, in this disciplinary proceeding involving alleged ethical violations by Respondent, Maria A. Fernandez, KB A Member No. 83340.
