If any cause exists in the evidence introduced on the trial of this case in the Superior Court, for the reversal of the judgment therein, on this record it does not appear. The bill of exceptions refers to much documentary evidence, but does not incorporate it. Exhibits A, B, C, D, and E are in the bill.
