The defendant on March 5, 1951, filed a verified petition for removal, setting forth that at the time of the commencement of this action it was and continues a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Vermont and having its principal place of business in St. Johns-bury, within said state. With all necessary jurisdictional facts stated therein and the requisite bond appearing to be in order, the petition was granted ex parte.
