SANBORN, District Judge.

Action to construe a will, to determine the validity of a trust clause therein, to have such clause held void, determine that complainant as sole heir at law of the testator is entitled to the amount of the trust funds in the hands of the trustees, and that they be required to account for the same and turn them over to complainant. The court below held that the trust was valid, as creating a good charitable use, and dismissed the bill for want of equity. Complainant also moved the court to allow her the amount paid for attorney’s fees, on the ground that her solicitors…
