Orlie Spencer, appellant, is the administrator of the ■estate of Ella Burns, deceased, who died on the 17th of December, 1943. The administrator is the son of decedent. Within the statutory period Jessie Spencer, wife of the administrator and former guardian of Ella Burns, filed her claim with the administrator in the sum of $800.00 “for nursing, washing and caring for the said Ella Burns for a period of sixteen (16) months at the rate of $50.00 per month from the 14th day of August, 1942, until the date of her death, December 17, 1943.” The administrator allowed and…
