We would affirm the action of the Special Term in granting petitioner’s application to examine and inspect the stock book containing the names of shareholders of .appellant corporation.
The petitioner, for more than six months a holder of record of 100 shares of the appellant Philadelphia and Reading Corporation common stock, forwarded to the principal office of the corporation a demand to inspect and examine the record of shareholders of the corporation.
