Gary Feinerman, United States District Judge *763In this putative class action, Lori Wigod alleges that PNC Bank violated the Equal Credit Opportunity Act ("ECOA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1691 et seq. , and Illinois law by notifying her, in a manner that was both untimely and unlawfully vague, that it had denied her mortgage loan modification application.
