Plaintiff Tynisa Williams (“Plaintiff’) brought this putative class action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendant City of Cleveland (the “City” or “Defendant”) al*899leging compulsory physical delousing and group strip search claims. These claims are now before the Court upon cross-motions for summary judgment (ECF Nos. 110 and 118).
