In this action the plaintiff, a Massachusetts corporation, with its principal place of business in the City of New Bedford, seeks to recover possession of an automobile mortgaged to it by one Frank Perry Ponte on December 7, 1936 for $663.80. Ponte paid the first monthly installment of $25.00. On February 10, 1937, he brought the car to East Hartford, Connecticut, where he sold it to the State Motor Sales Corporation for $550.
