The defendant-appellant Architectural Metal Works, Inc. (“Architectural”) has contested the district court’s summary judgment for the plaintiff-appellee Sheet Metal Workers, International Association, Local 24, Columbus Area (“the Union”) by which it enforced an award of the National Joint Adjustment Board for the Sheet Metal Industry (“NJAB”), a private alternative dispute resolution body composed of equal numbers of labor and management delegates.
