The sole question presented on this appeal is whether the District Court had jurisdiction of the case based upon diversity of citizenship. 28 U.S.C.A. § 1332.
*393Appellant is the sole heir of her late parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cuneo, who until their deaths owned a 50% interest in the Memphis, Tennessee, partnership of Robilio & Cuneo.
