Opinion and order denying motion for summary judgment: On February 26, 1974 the plaintiff was injured at a construction project in Dade County. At the time of the accident he was employed by one of the subcontractors on the job, Warren, Jones & Warren, Inc., from whose carrier he received workmen’s compensation benefits.
