“Action upon a foreign judgment for $7,004. Judgment for defendant. Plaintiff appeals.
“The parties are brothers, and both formerly lived in Ohio. The defendant was in debt to the plaintiff, and on the tenth of November, 1881, was about to remove to Missouri.
