FLYNN, J.

The defendants, Bethzaida Padua, Wilfredo Cálvente and Miranda Virgilia Cálvente, were each convicted after a joint trial before a jury following the search and seizure by the police of marijuana and other items under authority of a warrant executed in an apartment in a Willimantic public housing project. We affirm in part, and reverse in part, the judgments of the trial court.
