SILVER, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Reconsideration of the Court’s March 29,2002 Order granting Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss/Compel Arbitration. For the reasons stated below, the Court denies the Motion.

Background

On February 29,1999, Plaintiffs, former employees of Defendant, filed a Complaint against Defendant alleging breach of contract, promissory estoppel, and fraud arising out of an employment agreement (“Agreement”).
