I. Background
Carl Storck and Vicki Storck 1 purchased five lots 2 in the Tres Lagos subdivision in Franklin County in 2008 and moved into a home located on the property. Subdivision property ownership and membership in the Tres Lagos Property Owners’ Association, Inc.
