Boyd Tunica, Inc., d/b/a Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall (Boyd Tunica) appeals from a final judgment of the Circuit Court of Tunica County awarding Ruth Beasley Latting 1 $250,000 in damages for injuries that Ruth sustained while riding as a passenger on a shuttle bus owned by Premier Transportation Services, Inc.
