Lutricia Magee appeals the Coving-ton County Circuit Court’s judgment granting Green Tree Family Medical Clinic, PLLC’s (Green Tree) motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) and denying the motion for new trial1 and the trial court’s judgment of dismissal in favor of Green Tree.
