Appellant insists that the evidence failed to prove any negligence on its part; that the evidence proved conclusively that appellee assumed the risk of injury from the gas, and that he was guilty of contributory negligence. These are all questions of fact and are not reviewable in this court, if there was evidence tending to prove the allegations of the declaration.
