—In an action pursuant to General Associations Law § 12, to enforce a fine imposed upon the defendant as a union member, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Murphy, J.), dated June 30, 1992, which denied his motion for summary judgment.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment is granted, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, for the entry of an appropriate judgment.
