1. The Workmen’s Compensation Act provides procedures for obtaining modification of compensation payable-under an agreement approved by the State Board of Workmen’s Compensation. Code Ann. § 114-706 provides that if the employer and the injured employee “disagree as to the continuance of any weekly payment under such agreement, either party may make application to the Board for a hearing in regard to the matters at issue, and for a ruling thereon.
