This is an action to recover on a comprehensive liability insurance policy issued by the defendant, HawkeyeSecurity Insurance Company, to Gilbert O. Huston, a judgment debtor of the plaintiff, Kansas-Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the gas company). The District Court found for the gas company, and the defendant appeals. We reverse and dismiss.
