Appellant, Willie Murphy, filed a complaint in Superior Court for absolute divorce from appellee, Veta Murphy. After the trial court granted the divorce and distributed the marital property, appellant filed a motion for new trial or to amend the court’s judgment for a reevaluation of the parties’ main marital asset, their jointly-owned home. The court denied the motion.
