Distefano v. Hall

These cross-appeals follow the second full trial of the matter after the opinion of this court (Division One) in Distefano v. Hall, 218 Cal.App.2d 657 [32 Cal.Rptr. 770]. Defendants, Charles W. Hall and Dorothea Fabian, appeal 2 from that portion of a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff, P. Distefano, awarding him $5,000 attorneys’ fees and from two subsequent orders granting plaintiff’s motion to tax costs and denying defendants’ motion to tax the costs.
