LAY, Chief Judge.
This is an age discrimination case brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34 (1982) (ADEA). Suit was brought by Ernest Hillebrand, an executive vice president of M-Tron Industries, Inc. (M-Tron) located in South Dakota. After extensive discovery, M-Tron moved for, and was granted, summary judgment on the grounds that Hillebrand had failed to make a prima facie case under the requirements of Holley v.
