P Sig Sauer, Inc. ORDER Plaintiff Kyle Guay brings this products liability case against Sig Sauer, Inc. Guay alleges that his Sig Sauer P320 pistol fired a bullet without a trigger pull when he was attempting to remove the gun from its holster. The bullet struck Guay in the leg.
