Defendant Earl Ringo, Jr., appeals from two first-degree murder convictions resulting in two death sentences. He raises nine points of error. This .Court has exclusive appellate jurisdiction. Mo. Const., art. V, sec. 8. The judgment of the Boone County Circuit Court is affirmed.
