Tried before a court-martial of members, at McGuire Air Force Base, the accused, a master sergeant with 20 years service, was convicted contrary to his pleas of wrongfully disposing of government property, accepting personal services for the disposition of such property, and receiving stolen property, in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Articles 108 and 134, 10 U.S.C.A. §§ 908 and 934.
