Plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s ruling that the so-called "dormant minerals act”, MCL 554.291 et seq.; MSA 26.1163(1) et seq., violated both the Federal and state constitutions by depriving defendants of property without due process of law. Further the trial court held that the act impaired the obligation of defendants’ contract with plaintiff contrary to art I, § 10 of the Michigan Constitution of 1963 and art I, § 10 of the United States Constitution.
