OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of appellee, Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Company.

On April 8, 1981, appellants, Paul and Lisa Swiderski, were involved in an automobile accident in the state of Louisiana with an automobile driven by John A. Johnson. Both appellants sustained severe personal injuries as a result of the accident.
