Plaintiff-appellant Richard Tucher was injured in a motorcycle accident when his motorcycle skidded in some gravel on a street in the City of Indianapolis. He subsequently brought suit against Kentucky Salvage, Inc., Kentucky & Zebrowski, Inc., and Zebrowski & Associates, Inc.
