This appeal arises from the district court’s summary dismissal of Robert Gonzales’ petition for post-conviction relief. In that petition Gonzales asserted he should have been allowed to withdraw his guilty plea to grand theft because, among other reasons, his primary language is Spanish and he did not fully understand the proceedings conducted in English. We uphold the dismissal of several of his claims because they were improperly raised.
