Defendant-Appellant Association of Apartment Owners of Kona Coffee Villas (the AOAO) appeals the circuit court’s August 19, 1998 Final Judgment on All Claims in Favor *207of Applicant Jerry Wayne Dilsaver and Against Respondent Association of Apartment Owners of Kona Coffee Villas. We dismiss this appeal for lack of appellate jurisdiction.
