THIS MATTER comes before the Court on: (i) the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment Declaring Uninsured Motorist Property Damage Coverage is Applicable to the Plaintiffs’ Losses, filed April 2, 2010 (Doc. 57); and (ii) the Defendants’ Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Summary Judgment & Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment, filed April 29, 2010 (Doc. 64)(“Cross-Mo-tion”).
