THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Reconsideration of Order Granting Summary Judgment, for Relief from Judgment, or to Alter or Amend the Judgment, and Request for Certification to the Supreme Court of New Mexico, filed December 9, 2010 (Doc. 101)(“Motion for Reconsideration”).
