Carl Brown, who is serving a 22 year sentence after pleading guilty to a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), appeals an order of the District Court for the District of New Jersey denying his motion to vacate his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 without an evidentiary hearing. Brown contends that his counsel provided ineffective assistance of counsel regarding his decision to plead guilty.
