Pending before the court are two motions for sanctions for spoliation of evidence filed by plaintiff André Jacobs (“plaintiff’) against a host of defendants associated with the Allegheny County Jail (“ACJ”) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.1 *310Plaintiffs first motion and brief in support relate to the alleged spoliation of ACJ records (the “Records motion”).
