This action was brought by Wilson M. Gast against The Denver Omnibus and Cab Company, The Union Depot and Railway Company, and The Chicago Burlington and Quincy Railway Company, to recover damages for the loss of his *19trunk and contents. The verdict of the jury and .judgment were against The Denver Omnibus and Cab Company, but in favor of the other defendants. The cab company brings the case here for review on error: By stipulation Martha E. Gast, administratrix of the estate of Wilson M. Gast, deceased, has been substituted as defendant in error.
