This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No. 15], the Defendant’s Response [ECF No. 50], and the Plaintiffs’ Reply [ECF No. 51]. The Plaintiffs move for summary judgment on Count I (11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(3)(B)/(a)(2)(A)), Count II (11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(3)(B)/(a)(4)) and Count III (11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(3)(B)/(a)(6)) of their Complaint based on the doctrine of collateral estoppel.
