The defendant planning and zoning board of the city of Milford1 (board) appeals from the judgment of the trial court sustaining the plaintiffs appeal from the board’s decision approving an application to subdivide certain property of the defendant Michael Kivic which abuts land owned by the plaintiff. The trial court found that one of the two lots created by the division of the property did not comply with the minimum requirements of the city’s zoning regulations for lot width.
