FOSTER, District Judge.

This is an application by the Morgan’s Louisiana & Texas Railroad & Steamship Company, hereinafter called the railroad, pursuant to the' provisions of section 266, Judicial Code (Comp. St. § 1243), for an interlocutory injunction to *391prevent the enforcement of an order of the Public Service Commission of Louisiana, hereinafter called the commission, the material part of which is as follows:
