Plaintiff Prominent Consulting, LLC (“Prominent”) filed this action against defendant Allen Brothers, Inc. (“Allen Brothers”) seeking damages and injunctive relief for alleged copyright infringement under the federal Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 101, et seq., and for an alleged violation of the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (“CFAA”), 18 U.S.C. § 1030(a)(4).
