This is a writ of entry to recover a parcel of flats in Charlestown, lying on the northerly side of the Mystic River, and westerly of a straight line, drawn from a stone post at high water mark to low water mark at a point sixty-eight feet east of Malden Bridge, very nearly parallel with the bridge, and substantially on the easterly line of the old ferry way.
