BRODERICK, C. J.,
retired, specially assigned under RSA 490:3. The State appeals the decision of the New London District Court (McSwiney, J.) granting a motion of the defendant, Jacob Davis, to suppress blood test results obtained by the police from the New London Hospital. We reverse and remand.
The relevant facts are not in dispute.
