Robert Lee Bradford was indicted for intentional murder, in violation of § 13A-6-2, Code of Alabama, 1975. The jury found the appellant "guilty as charged in the indictment," and he was sentenced to twenty years in the penitentiary.

On the afternoon of March 25, 1985, the appellant, Bradford, the victim, John Leon Hopper, and some other young males gathered at the home of Lloyd Hays.
