Introduction
This is a restricted appeal from the trial court’s order dismissing claims for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App. P. 30. In three issues, appellants Aviation Composite Technologies, Inc. a/k/a Avcom Technologies, Inc. a/k/a AvCom Logistics, Inc. (Avcom), and Stephen B.
