CATHELL, Judge.
Respondent Sheila Ashton filed a claim in the District Court of Maryland, sitting in Baltimore City, against petitioner Auction & Estate Representatives, Inc. for breach of contract. The District Court found against respondent, but the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, in an appeal on the record, reversed. Petitioner filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari in this Court, which we granted. Because petitioner breached its contract with respondent, we shall affirm the judgment of the circuit court.
