MEMORANDUM OPINION
JACQUELINE P. COX, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Chapter 11 debtor Ockerlund Construction Company (“Ockerlund”) filed this case on November 5, 2003, after MB Fi nancial Bank unexpectedly set off the funds in one of its bank accounts to satisfy an overdue loan obligation.
